Restaurant Report Card: Wild Organics Juice Company

BONAIRE, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – “There’s an organic facility here–it’s not fast food it’s not fried stuff,” said Wild Organics Juice Company owner Ginger Huff.

Move all that aside this week–we’re going organic.

“I want everyone to realize that it’s healthy,” said Huff.

We’re going healthy.

“Everything that we do have here comes from local farmers,” said Huff.

And we’re going local.

“(It’s) all from Georgia,” said Huff.

Wild Organics Juice Company is squeezing out something tasty.

The staff juices out some healthy stuff.

“Knowing that they’re making something that’s going to potentially make that person feel better–healthful–and you know just get to a better lifestyle,” said Huff.

For me, my better lifestyle starts with one of Ginger’s favorite drinks.

The health inspection is top of the list for Wild Organics Juice Company.

“As soon as you walk through the door all the way to the back of the facility we just want to make sure you’re getting a clean product,” said Huff.

Wild Organics Juice Company is making the grade this week, and here’s a couple of restaurants that need to step it up.

Stevie B’s on Watson Boulevard scored a 74.

The dish machine wasn’t sanitizing with enough chlorine, an employee was drinking from a cup without a straw in the kitchen, and the alfredo sauce was left out for too long.

Sushi Thai Japanese and Thai Cuisine on Watson Boulevard scored a 72.

There was no soap at the sushi bar hand sink, there were cleaning supplies stored next to food, and there were misplaced parts of the inspection report.
