Restaurant Report Card: Which Wich
It’s brand new, and you’re bound to like it.
“You kind of create your own sandwich, to your own taste, you know, what you like,” said manager Jennifer Hardnett. “I mean you can never go wrong with turkey ham and bacon–it’s like the perfect combination.”
A perfect combination of good food and a clean restaurant at Which Wich in downtown Macon.

Over at which wich on Forsyth Road near Medical Center, Navicent Health, you don’t have to pose the question for long.
“It’s just allowing you to really customize what you want to eat and how you want to eat it,” said McClarin. “You don’t have to like go down the line thinking about it you just make all of your selections and then they take over from there.”
The system is easy.
“If you see something up under each of the categories what you would do is you would choose that bag,” said Hardnett. “You select that bag, and up under each different category we have five different wiches.”
So I grabbed a bag, picked my toppings, and I was done.
And the health inspection is a perfect 100.
“If you’re not busy, find you something to do,” said Hardnett. “If you can lean, you can clean and I yell that all day they can probably sing it by now. But, that’s how we definitely keep a clean restaurant around here.”
Which Wich won’t leave you asking questions about the health inspection score.
They’re making the grade this week.
