MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — A series of product recalls has been announced nationwide, affecting a wide range of items from furniture and food to children’s toys and electronics. Consumers are being urged to check their homes for the following products and take immediate action if they own any of the affected items.
Walmart Recalls Dressers Over Safety Concerns
Walmart is recalling 165,000 Mainstays fabric dressers after concerns they could tip over, posing a serious risk of injury or even death to children. Although no injuries have been reported, the dressers fail to meet required safety standards. Sold both in stores and online from September 2023 through March, the recalled dressers feature a black metal frame with nine brown or black fabric drawers. Walmart advises owners to stop using the dresser unless it is anchored to a wall and to keep it out of children’s reach. The product can be returned to any Walmart for a full refund.
Giantex Outdoor Lounge Chairs Recalled for Amputation Hazard
CREDIT: CPSCNearly 1,200 Giantex lounge chairs, sold on Amazon and directly from the manufacturer between 2023 and 2025, are being recalled after a report of a consumer losing a finger while adjusting the chair. Customers are urged to stop using the chairs immediately and contact Giantex for a full refund.
Superfood Supplements Pulled Over Salmonella Risk
Total Nutrition Incorporated has issued a recall for its T-N-Vitamins and Doctor’s Pride Green Superfood Moringa capsules. Officials warn that these supplements may be contaminated with salmonella. The affected products were sold online through popular platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Target, and TikTok. Consumers are advised to dispose of the recalled supplements.
SkinnyDipped Chocolate Bites Recalled for Allergen Risk
SkinnyDipped Dark Chocolate Coconut Almond Bites are under a voluntary recall due to the possible presence of undeclared peanut allergens. The recall includes several bag sizes, up to the 50-count package, with best-by dates ranging from December 20th through December 29th of this year. Distributed nationwide, no illnesses have been reported so far. Customers should check their packaging and discard affected products.
Tzumi Sauna Blankets Recalled for Fire and Burn Hazards
Tzumi Electronics is recalling its SLF Sauna Blankets, model 30065TAR, after receiving six reports of overheating—including minor property damage. The blankets were sold at Target, Macy’s, Snappy, and online between February 2025 and February 2026. Owners are instructed to stop using the product immediately and visit tzumi.com/recalls for replacement details.
Misco Sports Light-Up Racket Sets Pose Battery Ingestion Risk
Missry Associates has recalled its Misco Sports Light-Up Racket Sets, model MT2287, due to the risk of serious injury or death if the button cell batteries in the shuttlecock are swallowed. Consumers should stop using the set, keep the shuttlecock away from children, and contact Missry Associates for a full refund.
