Rain chances finally start to return

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Middle Georgia will see opportunities for isolated storms beginning Tuesday.
This Evening
A partly cloudy and warm afternoon will become a partly cloudy and warm night. Expect well above average temperatures as lows only drop into the lower 60s for most of the region. One or two upper 50s will be possible. Wind will be gentle from the southwest and fog will be possible.
Tomorrow
An incoming cold front is expected to stall out over Middle to North Georgia, leading to the possibility for a few showers or storms tomorrow. Expect partly to mostly cloudy skies with highs reaching into the mid to upper 80s. 90s are not expected. Wind will flow from the west-southwest around 5 mph.
One or two showers may linger early in the evening, however rain is overall not expected overnight. Wind will be light and variable under partly cloudy skies. Lows will be in the lower 60s across the region. Fog will be possible, especially for areas that see rain during the afternoon/evening.
Wednesday and Beyond
Rain odds will climb a bit more Wednesday however activity will still be overall isolated in nature. The same will go for Thursday. Very warm and partly cloudy with calm winds will be the norm during the afternoons with calm and muggy nights being the overnight norm. Expect fog to become more likely as well as mosquitos with each passing day of rain activity.
