Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office searching for suspect after brother’s arrest

Charles “Jr.” Hodges was arrested after a foot pursuit, and deputies say his brother Benjamin remains at large.

HAWKINSVILLE, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office says deputies arrested one of two brothers wanted in several recent cases and are still searching for the other.

According to a Facebook post, deputies arrested Charles “Jr.” Hodges on Wednesday after a foot chase through a wooded area east of the Ocmulgee River. According to the post, he is charged with arson, criminal trespass, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and obstruction of officers.

His brother, Benjamin Hodges, is still on the run. Deputies previously shared a wanted flyer on October 27 showing both men and said they were wanted at the time for multiple thefts, trespassing and obstruction of officers.
