Pleasant conditions Tuesday

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Outdoor conditions will be lovely Tuesday as highs remain above average.
This Evening
It’s been a mostly sunny day across Middle Georgia with highs climbing just a bit above average for this time of year. Today was the coolest day of the week and tonight will again be chilly as lows will largely drop to around or below 40 degrees. Wind will be light from the north-northeast.
Tomorrow
Tuesday will be a sunny day with highs likely to reach into the mid 70s across the region. Wind will take a big shift in the morning and largely flow from the south-southeast around 5 mph. This will likely be the last day of the week with highs largely in the 70s.
Overnight will be mostly clear with a few high clouds moving through overnight. Low temperatures will climb a good bit from Monday night thanks to the shift in wind direction as the valleys will be around 50 degrees. The aforementioned wind will flow from the south-southwest around 5 mph.
Wednesday and Beyond
Highs will largely reach 80 degrees Wednesday afternoon under mostly sunny skies. Expect the warmth to continue through the work week as humidity will increase Thursday and Friday ahead of some storm chances Friday night and Saturday. More will become clear on those rain odds as the week progresses.
