Masked suspects pry open cash boxes in Macon robbery
Deputies say two masked men used tools to force open cash boxes before fleeing the store.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help identifying two suspects accused of robbing a Circle K on Pio Nono Avenue.
According to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office, it happened around 11:51 p.m. Tuesday at the Circle K located at 4314 Pio Nono Avenue.
Deputies say two masked men entered the store carrying tools and approached the self-checkout area before prying open cash boxes and taking money. They ran west across Pio Nono Avenue.
No injuries were reported.
The first suspect is about 5 feet 5 inches tall and was wearing multicolored shoes, dark acid-wash jeans and a black jacket with lightning bolt designs and “Time + Space” written on the back.
The second suspect is described is also about 5 feet 5 inches tall. He was wearing gray sweatpants, a green hoodie and a mask.
Surveillance images of the suspects were captured by the store’s security system.
