Pedestrian killed crossing I-75 identified as 39-year-old Macon man

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A pedestrian struck by a car on I-75 has been identified as 39-year-old Bradford Johnson of Macon. 26-year-old Tyee Ingram was driving an 18 wheeler traveling near the Sardis Church Road exit just after 2:30 A.M. Sunday morning.

Ingram was traveling north bound in the lane farthest to the right, when he hit what he thought was a deer.

Ingram stopped to see what it was and found that he hit a white male crossing the roadway. Johnson was pronounced dead on scene by Coroner Leon Jones.
