Pedestrian hit by car in Warner Robins

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A pedestrian is in critical condition at a local hospital after being hit by a car on Watson Boulevard.

The roadway between Nelson and Knodishall Drives reopened, according to WRPD Public Information Officer Jennifer Parson. The police department shut it down for a couple of hours Thursday afternoon.

Authorities say the accident happened around 3 p.m. The Warner Robins Police Department is investigating.
