Northside wrestler wins state championship

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBc/WMGT) – Northside High School wrestler DeShawn Farber is a state champion.

The freshman won the GHSA Class AAAAAA title last month at 132 pounds, beating Valdosta’s Miles Paramore 11-4. Farber scored a three-point takedown in the first period.

He finishes the season 28-2.
