Northside student charged after police find gun, bullets during search

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A Northside High School student was arrested and charged Tuesday after officers found an unloaded pistol and several bullets.

Warner Robins Police Department tells 41NBC officers got a tip that a 17-year-old student, Ahmien Beasley, had a gun in his backpack. He was removed from class, and a search was conducted.

Beasley was arrested and charged with Carrying a Concealed Weapon, Possession of a Handgun by a Person Under the Age of 18 Years and Carrying a Weapon within a School Safety Zone.
