Milledgeville, Baldwin County Service Delivery Strategy expires, can’t come to terms on new agreement

MILLEDGEVILLE, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The City of Milledgeville and Baldwin County Commissioners have yet to reach an agreement about the Service Delivery Strategy.

The former agreement ended July 1st.

The city and county are struggling about who will fund the library, animal control, and collect money from water bills in unincorporated Baldwin County.
