Mike Budenholzer named Eastern Conference Coach of the Month

ATLANTA (41NBC/WMGT) – The NBA names Mike Budenholzer its Eastern Conference Coach of the Month for December 2014.

The Hawks recorded a 14-2 record in the final month of 2014, setting a franchise record for the highest winning percentage (.875) in a month (minimum four games) while tying the team high for most wins in a month.

The Hawks led the league in wins, winning percentage and points allowed in December.

This is the sixth time a Hawks coach has been named Eastern Conference Coach of the Year.
