Middle Georgia Community Food Bank in need of donations before holiday season
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Middle Georgia Community Food Bank says it needs extra donations to supply food to its partners this year.
The organization Executive Director Ronald Raleigh says quality canned, and non-perishable items are lacking in his supply.
Raleigh adds partners from local organizations are requesting food for the holiday season. With the shortage, he’s handing out 75% less of what community members would normally receive from the organization.
