Middle Georgia Certus Bank branches sold
Morris Bank, a Dublin base company, will buy the Warner Robins branch. Bank customers can expect the transition to happy by the end of September.

We believe when high-touch community banking is joined with local, quick decisions, customers benefit,” Morris Bank President and CEO Spence Mullis said.
Community Southern Bank will take over a total of 15 locations in Georgia and Florida. This is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
