Man arrested in McDonough in connection with Monroe County forgery case

MONROE COUNTY , Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — A 54-year-old man was arrested Saturday morning in connection with a forgery investigation in Monroe County, according to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.
The sheriff’s office said its Warrants Division executed an arrest warrant Saturday, August 1, at a residence in McDonough.
Deputies arrested Crage Francis McKenzie in connection with a forgery investigation involving Kram Tire in Forsyth. The sheriff’s office said the forgery case occurred in July.
McKenzie was taken into custody and is being held at the Monroe County Jail without bond.
The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office thanked the Henry County Police Department for assisting with the case.
