Man arrested after customer dispute at Warner Robins Walmart

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — 28-year-old Quintorrius Hightower was taken into custody on Wednesday after a customer dispute at the Walmart located at 502 Booth Road in Warner Robins.

According to a Warner Robins Police Department news release, Hightower was involved in a dispute with store employees when he retrieved a firearm from his vehicle. Officers say the weapon was not pointed at anyone or discharged, but officers chased Hightower after he ran into the store.

“During their search, they found that Hightower was picked up and left the area,” the release stated. A short time later, the vehicle that Hightower left in was located in the area of Sandy Run Run Road and Highway 247.

Hightower was taken into custody, and the firearm involved in the incident was recovered.

Hightower is charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, obstruction, driving on a suspended license. He’s also being held for active warrants from the Houston County and Bibb County Sheriff’s Offices.
