UPDATE: Police say man assaulted woman with knife during argument at Dunkin’ Donuts
Sheriff Matt Moulton says a deputy rammed the suspect’s vehicle after it entered oncoming traffic during a chase tied to a Dunkin’ Donuts assault investigation.

UPDATE (3/13/2026): Shemaiah Jerrod King was charged with aggravated assault following an incident at a Dunkin’ Donuts on Thursday morning, according to the Warner Robins Police Department.
The department said King arrived at the business and got into a verbal argument with the victim. During the argument, King produced a knife and assaulted the victim before leaving in the victim’s vehicle.
Officers located the vehicle and initiated a pursuit. During the chase, King struck two Warner Robins police vehicles. Officers with the Houston County Sheriff’s Office used their vehicle to stop King’s vehicle and end the pursuit.
The victim was transported to a local hospital and is in stable condition. King was not injured, and no officers were hurt during the incident.
King was taken into custody without further incident and charged with aggravated assault–family violence, aggravated assault, criminal interference with government property, first-degree criminal damage to property, possession of a knife during the commission of a crime and multiple traffic-related offenses.
UPDATE (3/12/26): Houston County Sheriff Matt Moulton says a Houston County deputy intentionally rammed the suspect’s vehicle to end the chase connected to Thursday morning’s aggravated assault investigation in Warner Robins.
In a Facebook post Thursday, Moulton said Houston County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Lt. Justin Andrews made the decision to ram the vehicle after the suspect began driving recklessly and entered oncoming traffic.
According to Moulton, Andrews took action to stop the chase and prevent further danger to other drivers.
The sheriff said the maneuver ended the pursuit and allowed law enforcement to safely take the suspect into custody.

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — A man was arrested for aggravated assault at a Dunkin’ Donuts in Warner Robins on Thursday morning, according to the Warner Robins Police Department.
The news release states that the aggravated assault happened in the morning on March 12 at the Dunkin’ Donuts located at 3111 Watson Blvd.
WRPD says when officers arrived on scene that the suspect had fled the scene in a vehicle.
Officers initiated a pursuit along Watson Boulevard. During the pursuit, the suspect was involved in a collision.
The suspect is now in custody and has been identified as Shemaiah Jerrod King. The victim was transported to a local hospital and is currently listed in stable condition.
