Macon woman celebrates 103rd birthday

She has been a member of the New Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Macon for more than 80 years. To honor her service, church members planned a surprise ceremony.

The pastor read letters for Annie from Macon-Bibb Mayor Robert Reichert, Bibb County Sheriff David Davis, and even President Barack Obama.

Annie was so moved she had to fight back tears as she accepted her recognition.
