Deputies: 14-year-old tattooed without consent, two arrested in Macon
Bibb County deputies say the juvenile received a full arm tattoo sleeve.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — A tattoo artist and a Macon woman were arrested after a 14-year-old boy was tattooed without legal consent, according to an incident report from the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident was reported on December 29, 2025, at a business located at 3555 Mercer University Drive, according to the sheriff’s office incident report.
According to the report, a deputy was dispatched to the location for an investigation. The report says the child’s father told deputies his son had received a full arm tattoo sleeve and that the child’s mother had taken him to the tattoo shop. The father told investigators he had full custody of the child, did not give consent and believed the tattoo was inappropriate for a minor.
Investigators identified the tattoo artist as Walter Ke’Shawn Nesbitt. He was arrested and charged with unlawful tattooing of a person under the age of 18, according to the report.
The report also says a warrant was signed for the child’s mother, Shamir Monique Womack. She was listed as a suspect in the case for the same charge, according to the incident report.
