Macon man dies in single car accident in Baldwin County

BALDWIN COUNTY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A Macon man died Friday morning in a single car accident on highway 243 near Forest Valley Drive in Baldwin County.

Trooper First Class Alan Rhodes says the accident happened at 5:56 a.m.

45-year old Dexter Irvin was driving his ford F-150 pick up truck when he ran off the road and hit an embankment.

Irvin was pronounced dead on the scene. He died of blunt force head trauma.
