Macon community comes together to stop gun violence for “guns down, water guns up”

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Hundreds of people came together to create peace within the Macon community.

Sunday, at Central City Park, people took a stand against gun violence in Macon in part of “guns down, water guns up.”

Event organizers say they plan on holding more events to stop Macon’s gun violence.
