Boyfriend arrested, charged in Karen Drive murder

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — Bibb County investigators charged a man in connection to the shooting death of Tanesha Thomas.

Investigators interviewed Thomas’ boyfriend, Leonard Dewayne Holmes following the incident. Deputies arrested Holmes on two counts of Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.

Deputies issued more warrants for Holmes as the investigation continued. The most recent charges include: Murder and Purchase, Possession, Manufacture, Distribution or Sale of Marijuana
