Jones County man killed after being struck by vehicle on Grovania Road in Houston County

A man from Jones County was struck and killed Tuesday while working in the area of Grovania Road. The Houston County Sheriff’s Office is investigating.

HOUSTON COUNTY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A man from Jones County died Tuesday afternoon after a vehicle struck him while he was working on Grovania Road, according to a news release from the Houston County Sheriff’s Office.

It happened around 3:40 p.m. on Grovania Road west of Bunn Road. Investigators say a Houston County woman was driving a 2020 Jeep Compass westbound when the vehicle hit 39-year-old Joshua Bradley, who was working in the area.

Deputies did not release further information.
