Jeffersonville man claims $500K lottery winnings

JEFFERSONVILLE, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Jeffrey Basley of Jeffersonville, Georgia won $500,000 off of a lottery ticket.

The ticket was purchased at the M & H Food Mart located on Jeffersonville Road in Twiggs County.

Basley claimed his winnings at the Georgia Lottery District Office in Macon.

All Georgia Lottery profits go towards specific educational programs.
