Injured suspect in fatal shooting of Jibri Bryan released from hospital

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Jarvis Clinton Miller, accused suspect in the shooting death of Mercer University basketball player Jibri Brown, has been released from the hospital.

Miller was shot at the Flash Foods convenience store, located on Forsyth Street in Macon, during the shooting of Brown.

Miller was denied bond by a magistrate court judge during his first appearance. He’s being held in the Bibb County jail.

The shooting is still under investigation.
