I-75 South lane closures planned in Monroe County August 21-31
Two of the four southbound lanes near exits 187-189 will be affected during the next two weekends. GDOT has not announced specific nightly closure times.

MONROE COUNTY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — Georgia Department of Transportation crews will make nightly concrete repairs along Interstate 75 South near exits 187 through 189 in Monroe County from August 21 through August 31.
GDOT says the work will include concrete and spalling repairs.
The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office said two of the four southbound lanes will be affected during the next two weekends.
The first closure period is scheduled to begin Friday evening, August 21, and continue through Monday morning. The lanes will be affected again from Friday, August 28, through Monday, August 31.
GDOT described the work as nightly but did not provide specific start and end times.
