Houston County burglary suspect still at large

PERRY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Houston and Pulaski County Sheriff’s offices are still searching for a man they say allegedly committed a string of burglaries in southern Houston County.

Authorities released the identity of 32-year-old Eddie Allen.

According to a news release, Allen ran during a traffic stop in Pulaski County on a car that has been identified at several of the burglary scenes.

During the stop driver 21-year-old Jabrea Deanna Vason was arrested and charged with multiple counts of burglary.

She is also facing numerous traffic charges.

Allen is still at large. He was last seen on Macedonia Church Road wearing dark pants and a white t-shirt.

He has outstanding warrants from Sumter County.
