Homeless Resource Fair held in Warner Robins

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT)- The “Houston County Human Needs Coalition” is working to end homelessness in Middle Georgia.

The organization hosted a Homeless Resource Fair at Southside Baptist Church on Pleasant Hill Campus.

The fair’s purpose was to gather as many homeless residents as possible and provide helpful services.

One of the most important services offered was the opportunity to receive an I.D.

Veteran services were also available, along with chances to take a shower and eat a warm meal.

Those who attended the fair also received clothes and necessity bags, along with a look at job opportunities.
