UPDATE: Authorities arrest suspect in Hawkinsville homicide

HAWKINSVILLE, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — Authorities arrested the suspect involved in the July 8 murder of William Whitehead.

According to a news release, GBI agents arrested 32-year-old Tyree Williams on Thursday.

Williams faces charges of malice murder, aggravated assault, and home invasion.
