Twiggs deputies, GSP looking for driver after deadly Cary Road crash

Investigators say the crash happened around 3 a.m. in the 400 block of Cary Road, but no vehicle description has been released.

TWIGGS COUNTY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — The Twiggs County Sheriff’s Office and Georgia State Patrol are asking for help finding a driver who left the scene after a deadly hit-and-run crash early Sunday morning.

The sheriff’s office says a vehicle struck and killed Gyrino Stanley around 3 a.m. in the 400 block of Cary Road.

The driver left the scene, according to investigators. A description of the vehicle was not provided.

The Twiggs County Sheriff’s Office and GSP are investigating.
