GVRA hosting veterans job fair in Macon

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — The Total Employment for American Military 26, or T.E.A.M. is hosting a job fair for Veterans on April 10th in Macon.

T.E.A.M. is associated with the Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency.

Monday, Ed Leysath, the Rehab Unit Manager with the Macon Office of GVRA stopped by the 41NBC studios to talk about the event.

He said there will be multiple employers on hand ready to hire. All military men and women veterans are welcome to stop by the fair.

It’s happening at Middle Georgia State College from 9 a.m.-2 p.m.

Leysath said this event is geared toward active duty military men and women who are transitioning back in the working world.
