Georgia National Fair Reschedules Performances Due to Hurricane Michael

Perry,Ga (41NBC/WMGT)-Due to Hurricane Michael entering the area, The Georgia National Fair in Perry is closed today, October 10th.

It will reopen tomorrow, October 11th, when conditions are deemed safe. Performances for the fair have been rescheduled due to the closure.

The Free Concerts which are Starship featuring Mickey Thomas and Roots and Boots 90’s Electric Throwdown will be moved into Reaves Arena on Thursday night. The Peabo Bryson performance will be held on October 12th, at 7:30 PM. His performance will be in the Reaves Arena and is free to the public with their paid gate admission.

The Georgia National Fair has also added an open armband day for the public. Armbands will now be available on Friday, October 12th all day, they are $20 each and will be available on the ride midway.
