GDOT announces overnight lane closures on I-75 northbound in Peach County for maintenance work

PEACH COUNTY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) will begin overnight concrete maintenance on I-75 Northbound in Peach County next week, according to a GDOT news release.

The work, which will span from mile markers 149 to 150, is scheduled to happen Monday through Wednesday nights, October 21-23. Lane number 3 will be closed each night from 7 p.m. to 3 a.m., with the nearest crossroad being SR 49 to Sardis Church Road.

Motorists should expect delays, reduce speed and use caution when traveling through work zones. GDOT says the schedule may change due to weather or other factors.
