GCSU Sweeps FVSU in a Men’s & Women’s Doubleheader

The Georgia College and State Bobcats Men's & Women's Basketball teams beat FVSU at the Centennial Center Tuesday Night

MILLEDGEVILLE, Georgia – (41NBC/WMGT) – The GCSU Bobcats Men’s and Women’s basketball teams defeated the FVSU Wildcats Men and Women at the Centennial Center Tuesday night.

First, the GCSU Women’s basketball team beat the FVSU Women by a score of 57-50, on the back of Evie DePetro and Ashyia Willis’ 33 combined points, to improve to 6-1 on the season. FVSU ladies drop to 2-3.

In the second game of the night, the GCSU Men beat the FVSU Men by a score of 71-56, on the back of Zyair Greene, Tony Carpio, and Aidan Kudlas all with double digit points, to improve to 2-4 on the season. FVSU men drop to 1-5, with their fifth straight loss.
