Woman pleads guilty in connection with FVSU prostitution case
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A woman pleaded guilty in connection to a college prostitution case on Monday. This comes from the Macon Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office.
According to the DA, Alecia Jeanetta Johnson pled guilty in connection with the prostituting of a Fort Valley University student and herself. The incident happened in 2017 and 2018.
As part of the deal, she pleaded guilty to 6 counts of prostitution.
Johnson must serve 5 years probation and pay a $1,000 fine. She must also serve 180 days of house arrest.
Johnson was arrested in October 2018. Her plea deal is contingent on her honest testimony in the trial of any and all co-defendants.
