RENTZ, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — Funeral arrangements have been announced for 82-year-old Garland Sim Warren, who died in June after he was reported missing.
Townsend Brothers Funeral Home in Dublin will host the service at 11 a.m. on Friday, August 30, at Mary Whitaker Townsend Memorial Chapel, with burial to follow at Gay Cemetery. Rev. Joey Diers will officiate.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 29 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
Warren was reported missing on June 10, leading to a search involving multiple agencies across several counties. 41NBC previously reported on the efforts of family, friends and volunteers who searched for him.
