FBI suspects Albany robber connected to second robbery

ALBANY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Acting Special Agent in Charge (A/SAC) George Crouch, FBI Atlanta, Albany, GA Police Chief Michael J. Persley and Dothan, AL Police Chief Steven Parrish are looking for a man who is possibly connected to bank robberies in Albany, Georgia and Dothan, Alabama.

FBI believe that surveillance photos are the same suspect and vehicle from both businesses.

On September 9, 2016 at 11:00 a.m  a male entered People’s South Bank on North Westover Boulevard in Albany and handed the teller a note demanding cash. After receiving some money, he walked out.

On August 18, 2016 at 11:00 a.m  a suspect entered the Wells Fargo Bank on Montgomery Highway in Dothan and handed a teller a note, demanding money. After receiving some money, he walked out.

The suspect was last seen leaving the banks in a white four door sedan, possibly Chevrolet Impala.
