Father and son arrested for gang activity in Macon
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A father and son are in the Bibb County LEC after allegedly being involved with gang activity.
The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Gang Unit, Violation Crimes Unit, and State Probation Officers arrested Cedric Jerome Jackson and Cedric Jerod Jackson at their home last Friday.
According to a news release, Cedric Jerod Jackson (son) was a “documented” gang member.
The two are charged with multiple counts of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, and criminal street gang activity among other charges.
The sheriff’s office urges anyone to call the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Gang Unit “hotline” at 478-751-7600 if you have see any gang activity in your neighborhood.
