Family remembering stabbing victim “Famous Bryant”

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A man was stabbed to death over the weekend at a home in east Macon.

According to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office, 30-year old Famous Bryant was found dead outside a home on Norris street with a wound to his chest.

“It hurts me, knowing I ain’t going to see my older brother no more,” says Wilshun Bryant, sister of Famous Bryant.

“He was a good dude and he didn’t deserve what happened to him at all,” she adds.

Famous was a father of four who’s children will always remember the fun times they shared.

“I’ve been giving him a hug and he been giving me a hug back,” his daughter, Niyah says.

Famous II recalls a time his dad took him fishing.

“We had caught two ones but one of them died,” he explains.

His little cousin, Jalessa Rouse says, “He was one of my best cousins. He loved children.”

“He was a good person, he was a very good boy. He may not have been perfect but he was good. He was always cooking. Everywhere he went, he always had his two boys with him. He was with them everyday, Bryant’s cousin Chaquita Harden continues.

“Every time you seen my brother he had a smile a small on his face. Everybody was a friend,” Wilshun Bryant expresses.

23-year-old David Isiah Brown is charged with murder in this case. He is still in jail and no bond has been set.
