East Macon-Bibb County sees steady voter turnout

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – This morning, voters hit the polls across the state and in Macon-Bibb County for election day 2014.

Some precincts in east Macon-Bibb saw a low number of voters this morning for elections, but more people are expected to hit the polls later on in the afternoon.

Board of Elections Chief Registrar, Veronica Seals says there are 40 precincts across the region where voters can cast their ballots. 

Polls close today at 7:00 p.m.
