Driver runs off road, hits water drain

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A man went to the hospital last night after a car accident at the intersection of Hartley Bridge Road and Skipper Road in Macon.

It happened just before 7 p.m. Sunday.

Alan Bullard ran into the back of an SUV stopped at the red light.

When the driver pulled into the Kroger parking lot to exchange information, he kept driving, ran off the road into a pond, and hit a water drain.

Bullard had a seizure during the accident, and he was treated at the hospital.
