Dream Foundation grants wish to mother in hospice care

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – One Middle Georgia mother is getting her wish granted thanks to the Dream Foundation.

34-year-old Tiffany Lawrence is a mother of four children, and is suffering from a life threatening illness. She had wished for her children to be provided with school supplies and clothing so they could be prepared for the upcoming school year.

The Dream Foundation was happy to oblige, and presented Lawrence with enough school supplies to fill several tables as she arrived at the Rigby’s Entertainment Complex in a limousine.

“I appreciate everything that Optum, Rigsby, all you guys are doing for me and my kids,” Lawrence said, becoming overwhelmed at the show of goodwill, “It’s a big help, and I couldn’t be more grateful.”

Rigby’s, located in Warner Robins, also donated some of the school supplies, as well as the use of their facility for the afternoon for Lawrence and her family.

The Dream Foundation was founded in 1994 as an organization that fulfills requests from individuals and their families facing terminal health conditions.
