Downtown Macon fight leaves person hospitalized
Deputies say the victim was initially listed in critical condition before later being upgraded to stable.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — A person was hospitalized after a fight in downtown Macon early Sunday morning, according to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office.
The sheriff’s office says Macon-Bibb E-911 received a call just after 2 a.m. about an unresponsive person outside Piedmont Brewery and Kitchen on Third Street.
Deputies responded and learned the victim’s injuries were the result of a physical altercation with an unknown suspect.
The victim was taken to a local hospital in critical condition. Deputies said the victim’s condition was later upgraded to stable.
