Crawford County Siblings Out of Jail on Bond; Charged with 2nd Degree Child Cruelty By Negligence

CRAWFORD COUNTY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Two Musella siblings are out of jail on bond after being chard with 2nd degree child cruelty by negligence.

18 year old Mark William Fogleman and his sister 22-year-old Sarah Fogleman bonded out of the Crawford Jail for $25,000.

The sheriff’s office tied them to a dog bite case where a three year old boy was found with injuries in their driveway.

The child is ok after being transported to the Medical Center of Central Georgia.

He’s now in the custody of the Department of Family and Children Services.

This investigation is still ongoing.
