Child hospitalized after truck crash in Monroe County; driver cited

Deputies said the driver was going too fast for conditions and lost control while going around a curve, causing the truck to veer off the road.

The child was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition. The driver was not injured but received citations for driving too fast for conditions and a child restraint violation.
