CGTC sophomore signs with Minnesota

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Central Georgia Technical College point guard Keyondra “Mercedes” Jenkins will play ball next in Minnesota.

The sophomore from Fayetteville signed with the Golden Gophers Wednesday. She’s averaging 15 points, six assists and four steals per game this season with the Lady Titans.

Jenkins is the first Lady Titans basketball player to sign with a power conference school.
