Cannonball House to Offer Driving Tour of Antebellum Macon

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The public is invited to attend a driving tour of Antebellum Macon next month.

The Cannonball House will be offering the tour on September 7.  It will feature homes and churches that served some of Macon’s earliest residents.

Tours will leave The Cannonball House at 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. The Cannonball House asks you to make your reservations early, because there is a 25-person limit per tour.

Those who participate will also be able to tour the Cannonball House, its Military Museum, brick kitchen, servant’s quarters and the 19th century gardens.
