BSO: Pedestrian in critical condition after being struck by vehicle

Bibb County Sheriff's Office Public Affairs says it happened just before 1 p.m. on Pio Nono Avenue near Stephens Street.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A pedestrian is in the hospital after being struck by a vehicle Tuesday afternoon.

Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Public Affairs says it happened just before 1 p.m. on Pio Nono Avenue near Stephens Street. The pedestrian is in critical condition.

“Investigators are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident,” the office wrote in an email.
