MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT)- Vaping and e-cigarette use has become more common among children and young adults. but there’s a misconception on how safe it is to inhale these chemicals into your body.

Vaping and e-cigarettes are becoming a growing epidemic in schools. According to doctors, there are many issues that come from inhaling the chemicals and using vaping devices.

“We’ve seen some sad accidents related to equipment blowing up. And causing mechanical damage to jaws and throats,” said Catherine Duncan a General Pediatrician.
